There is no need for fast food when you can easily make this better and healthier breakfast burrito at home.

Breakfast Burrito

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 3/4 tsp. Coarse salt
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 c. shredded pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 c. Garlic pepper sauce

DIRECTIONS

  • Bake at 350 degrees for a while. Wrap tortillas in foil and cook for 10 minutes in the oven.
  • In the meantime, mix the eggs, egg whites, salt, and 2 tablespoons of water in a large dish. Oil should be heated at medium-low in a big nonstick skillet. Add the mixture and whisk constantly with a heatproof spatula until the eggs begin to curdle. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  • Heat the garlic-pepper sauce over medium heat in a small pan. Distribute the eggs among the tortillas and top with sauce. Wrap tortillas up.
